committed to transparent, fair, and hassle-free returns, exchanges,
refunds, and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at Prounty6@gmail.com or 9355266868 with your Order ID. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.After Shipping:
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after your order is delivered (see Returns below).Custom Orders:
Orders for customized, personalized, or tailored items may only be
cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and only if not processed for
production. After this period, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
Incorrect, defective, or damaged items
Wrong size or product shipped
Change of mind (not applicable to customized/personalized items, final sale, or hygiene products)
Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags,
packaging, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or tailored products
Final sale or discounted items
Accessories, jewelry, or hygiene-related products
3. Return & Refund Process
Initiate a Return:

We will email confirmation and shipping instructions, including your return shipping address.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.Inspection:
Once received, returned items will be inspected within 3 business days for eligibility.Refund/Exchange:
Approved returns: You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Exchanges: You may request another size or product of equal/lesser value (subject to availability).
Store Credit: Available upon request as an alternative to refund.
4. Refunds Issuance
Refunds are processed back via your original payment method.
Allow 7–14 business days for banks and card providers to reflect refunds in your account.
Shipping fees and COD convenience charges (if applicable) are non-refundable except for defective or wrong items shipped.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If
you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us
within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue with a free
replacement, exchange, or full refund.
6. International Orders
Returns
and exchanges for international customers (outside India) are accepted
subject to inspection. All return shipping and any import duties, taxes,
or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Changes to Policy
We
reserve the right to modify our refund and cancellation policy at any
time. Changes will be published on this page with the effective date.
