Fashioane.com is committed to providing reliable, transparent, and timely delivery for every order. This policy explains our shipping practices, delivery times, costs, and your rights as a valued customer.


1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after purchase.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    Custom, pre-order, or made-to-measure items may require an additional 5–15 business days depending on design and availability.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, and India Post for domestic deliveries.

  • For international shipping, we partner with FedEx, DHL, Aramex, etc.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping (all India)

    • Express Delivery (select pin codes & at extra charge)

    • International Shipping (selected countries; duties apply)


3. Shipping Costs

  • Within India:

    • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,500

    • Standard shipping rate of ₹129 for orders below the free shipping threshold

    • Express and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) may incur extra charges displayed at checkout

  • International Orders:

    • Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

    • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer

Note: Delivery times may be affected during high-traffic periods (sales, holidays, monsoon), by courier delays, or by natural calamities.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • You may also view your order status and track deliveries by logging into your Fashioane.com account.


6. Address Changes & Non-Delivery

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.

  • If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete address, it will be returned to us. We will contact you for reshipment; extra costs may apply.


7. Order Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.

  • In the rare case of damage, tampering, or loss during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for prompt support and resolution.

  • All items are securely packed; please do not accept packages visibly damaged in transit.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted pin codes.

  • International shipping availability is subject to local customs and import regulations.
